Shenzhen Huangjia Public Accounting Services (General Partnership) was formally established in October 1993 with the approval of Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance (1993) No. 123, and in November 1996 with the approval of Shenzhen Municipal Government (approval number: Deep Note Association (1996) No. 085), becoming the first batch of Shenzhen public accounting firms to complete the restructuring of partnership.
